Thank you for shopping at KASIM JEWELLERS! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns
• You have 2 days to get the approval from the date of receiving your item(s). Unboxing video is mandatory to get the approval for DAMAGED ITEMS, NO CUT AND PAUSE IN THE VIDEO.
• Items must be returned in Original/Unused condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
• Returns are not accepted for color differences, quality issues, or if the product doesn’t meet your expectations.

Refunds
• If a replacement product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of your item(s), excluding original shipping costs (subject to change).
• Refund method will be a original payment method or subject to change.
• You will receive your refund within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.

Exchanges
• You may exchange your item(s) based on the approval from us (subject to availability). Shipping cost will be deducted from the item we delivered. The customer is responsible for returning the delivered items.
• Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

To initiate a return or exchange:

• Once you receive your RMA, securely pack your item(s) and include a copy of the RMA slip.
